A CRISPR adjacent tool to identify phenotypic consequences of potential off-target sequences
CRISPR Streamline seeks to help scientists and researchers efficiently analyze the phenotypic effects of off-target CRISPR sites.
Currently, researchers have to manually input offtarget data into an API like the UCSC Genome Browser in order to see phenotypic information. CRISPR Streamline does this process automatically.
Once a user submits their query, CRISPR Streamline works in the background to compute the results. Users can check back on the status of their job with a unique URL and download the results in a variety of file formats.
The data that is returned to the user is easily searchable, sortable, and filterable. We give you everything, and you decide what is important.
CRISPR Streamline is currently working to expand its offering of genomes and iterate on the tool.
